My idea is if you consider them good enough they should be given their opportunity, if they are not, move them on just like how you move on those from the
academy or some
players that were bought but did not produce, there is a
lot of british talent there which would become even greats with the help
of our international
players

players like Szczesny, Coquelin, Bellerin etc came through the
academy but were 16 when they joined so wouldn't count.
There are a
lot of players coming from the
academy who are good but they have failed to improve over the last three or four years.
Damn, Barca's youth
academy still use his coaching methods to develop there
players, and we have a
lot to thank that source
of fine young
players for.

player playing in Gnabry's position was better than him same goes with Hayden Fans will feny it.He had the same Mane in his back pocket.He has potential than Calum Chambers and Holding.He was more defensively solid.He is a born leader.Have you watched Hayden that much?He was the best defender in our
