Enrich your vege dishes with cashew cream sauces or dressings with
lots of almond butter, and add beans / tofu etc into them.
I did the same thing last fall, when I discovered I was out of tahini and had

I've noticed a
lot of your recipes contain
almond butter.
For example at home Ella and Matthew eat
lots of bowls
of porridge with
almond butter, warming veggie stews with
lots of spices served over brown rice, chocolatey energy balls and rye toast with honey, but when they go out Matthew loves a pizza followed by ice cream with extra chocolate sauce!

Even now I still spend a
lot of time thinking about what to snack on and it usually ends up involving rice crackers with some form
of spread — guacamole,
almond butter, sun dried tomato type creations etc... I love all these snacks, they're great, but sometimes I think I can do better than rice crackers!
Well
almond butter happens to be filling and super nutrient dense, and the bananas were the perfect balance
of energizing carbs and sweet, natural sugars to seriously energize me, and you need a
lot of energy to keep up with 20 + kindergarteners all day.
Almond butter is also a good fat to have that can provide a
lot of creamy goodness, but it's generally more expensive than peanut
butter.

Also, both cacao
butter and
almond oil have
lots of vitamin E, which is said to be great for skin care (and I even found this research, which says that vitamin E can help to prevent stretch marks + fade existing ones), and I'm very happy to try it with my ever - expanding belly:)
Plus, they pack in plenty
of healthy fats from the
almond butter, and
lots of fiber from the oats.
