I am in the process
of healing my
gut and part
of that includes getting in
lots of good probiotics.
The grass - fed butter provides these same fats and
lots of vitamin A, D, E & K2 as well as the
gut healing fatty acid butyrate.
I've been doing a
lot of health research lately and it's no surprise that the consistent theme that keeps coming up is about probiotics and
healing the
gut.

heal and seal your

Hint: It's a
lot easier to
heal your
gut than you think (but some
of the healthy things you're doing are messing it up!).
One great way to avoid it, and even
heal leaky
gut, is to consume
lots of gelatin!
and even though I'm done treating, my
gut is
healed, and I eat
lots of fermented foods, etc... I still don't tolerate gluten or too much grains.
I currently feel that I do best on my own (non-named)
gut healing protocol which includes tons
of veggies, some fruit, eggs on a rotational basis (as I suspect a sensitivity),
lots of bone broth, no dairy except occasional cooking with ghee, no refined sugar except the occasional bit
of dark chocolate, no grains except the occasional serving
of quinoa that has been soaked for 6 - 8 hours, and limiting alcohol intake.
If you want to put a smile on someone's face, just mention naturally sweetened, nourishing chocolate marshmallows — and these nostalgic treats are made without corn syrup and with
lots of gut -
healing gelatin!
The next step is
healing the
gut, which usually requires eliminating wheat and other gluten - containing grains, eating
lots of homemade, gelatin - rich broth and regularly consuming coconut oil and moderate amounts
of cultured vegetables.

gut and reduce inflammation.
The final judgement on spinach is that it's great for acne if you 1) need
lots of plant - based vitamin A, 2) if you're looking for a food to
heal leaky
gut syndrome, and 3) if you want antioxidants.
While this
gut healing diet involves restriction form inflammatory foods, it focuses mostly on
gut healing foods like bone broth, quality protein,
lots of vegetables, healthy fats, and fermented foods.
Now while I've been able to eliminate 99 %
of my adult - acne with a properly balanced diet (including a
lot of necessary
gut healing) and my natural skincare routine, I still get the occasional blemish (typically right before my period).
Then, after coming free, I had further nutritional errors (
lots of meat, eggs, but no sugar, no gluten, because I wanted to
heal my
gut problems with diet, then, after getting some dreadful eczema from this diet, I skipped to poultry only, and eating this flesh every day, just after 3 weeks it simply felt wrong and not beneficial to me)-- now vegan for months (have had a vegan try already in summer 2014, but with the here so called «Rohkost», which does nt help me), high starch, 70 g fat from cocos, and a
lot of germed beans, but still avoiding gluten / whole grains, and supplementing with Fe and casually Zn, and what shall I say: Never felt better.
While some people may be able to get away with eating a
lot of grains and legumes without any noticeable harm to their
gut, many people need to minimize or eliminate grains and legumes in order to
heal a damaged
gut.
I have been on a gluten free, processed sugar free diet for years and have recently begun eating traditionally (especially
lots of bone broth for
gut healing).
And there's a
lot of natural cyclical augmentation programs and adrenal programs and
gut -
healing programs that we do on the functional medicine side to address the underlying cause
of what's driving these issues.
I've done
lots of minerals, immune building supplements, bioidentical hormones, detoxification /
gut healing, gained about 15 pounds (115 to 130), stopped cycling and cardio and incorporated weights and yoga, and
lots of stress reduction.
If you are
healing a collagen issue, such as tendonitis, eczema (inflamed skin), leaky
gut, or arthritis, it is better to use smaller neck type bones that have
lots of collagen on the outside
of the bones.

I have been trying to
heal my
gut and how found that I need to drink a
lot of bone broth to notice the
healing benifits (like 6 - 7cups a day).
