lots of little things well; becoming a pretty good all - rounder in the process.

Of course it would be silly to suggest that winning any game, cup or otherwise, isn't good for the club, but let's remember just how problematic FA Cup success has been for this club... I'm certainly not going to suggest I didn't enjoy seeing Arsenal win, I'm a fan of this club first and foremost, but how bad are things when you find yourself secretly wishing that your own team lost so that just maybe real change would finally come... I resent this team for even making me feel such thoughts and it's going to take a lot of effort on their part to earn my trust again... this club has treated the fans so poorly that it has created an incredibly fragile and toxic environment, so much so that a «what have you done for me lately» mentality has emerged... fans rise and fall depending on the results of each game because we don't have faith in those in charge to make the necessary changes to personnel and tactics... each time we win many fans attack any dissenting voices and make unrealistic claims about the players, the manager and the potential for unprecedented success... every time we lose the boo - birds run rampant, calling for heads to roll and predicting the worst... regardless of what side you fall on, it's not your fault, both sides are simply overcompensating for the horrible state of affairs that have been percolating for several years... it's hard to take the long view when those in charge have lied incessantly and refuse to take any responsibilities for their own actions... in the end, we are trapped by the same catch - 22 that ManU faced upon Fergie's exit... less fearful of maintaining the status quo than facing the unknown, which was validated, wrongly or rightly, by witnessing the difficulties they have faced during this transitory period... to be honest, the thing that scares me most is that this team has never prepared whatsoever for this eventuality, which considering our frugal nature and the way we have shunned many of our most revered former players is more than a little disconcerti

Why because I've seen my team finish mid table season after season while you u
little spoilt brat can't handle wen
things ai nt going to
well and start crying after 10/11 games u need to grow some balls and support the team I'm so glad I'm not this new breed
of arsenal fans and been brought up seeing my team struggling seeing bad football can't get over how spoilt you
lot
The
good thing about arsenal there is a
lot of room for improvement, Cazorla looking a
little better although missing opportunities, ox getting
better, ramsay slowly coming back, injuries getting less and a patch up defense doing its job.
Let's face it goalkeepers tend to march to the beat
of a different drum and Szczesny certainly fell into that category, but most
of his antics were relatively harmless and simply reflected a certain level
of immaturity that isn't uncommon for someone thrust into the limelight at such a young age... lord knows we've seen that happen with numerous players throughout the years and very few were ever banished for such behaviour... the only on - field action that drove me crazy was his inability to take a deep breath and not try to rush the play with an ill - timed throw at certain points in the game when common sense suggested holding the ball and slowing
things down... the fact that he continued to do this probably had a
lot to do with the glaring lack
of coaching time spent with the goalkeepers... ultimately he made the fateful decision to take his frustrations out into the public sphere and paid dearly for it... in the end, his services were wanted by several
of the
best Italian squads, which is significant considering the historical importance placed on the defensive side
of the ball in Serie A... all I know is that if someone asked me to pick the most athletically gifted goalkeeper we have had in our squad since the arrival
of Wenger, without hesitation, he would be my pick and for that reason his departure is more than a
little disappointing... what else is new though
In the grand scheme
of things, one
of the most important
things that happened to Arsenal Football Club this season may
well turn out to be the medical staff at the club getting to the bottom
of the reason why Aaron Ramsey kept picking up
little muscle injuries that recurred and kept him out
of the Arsenal team for a
lot longer than they should have.
NY - Gunner I am a realist I have an understanding
of business, finances, and long time ago a
little time in owning, managing, and playing in a non professional fotball club / legue, untill recently I was a strong suporter
of AW and the business model
of Arsenal FC but last couple
of seasons I don't like what I see and it goes against everything what a competitive football club is all about, personally I have nothing against AW but a
lot of fond memories but all
good things come to an end, knowing when your time is up is a true professional I just hope AW knows what his doing.

This is because I know a
lot of listeners are doing other

It's on the larger side, but that's a

I have been reading a
lot about attachment parenting pros and cons.I think that the pros are obvious.the cons however are if the parents decide they can not continue with for example co sleepng it is very hard on the child to then have to learn to sleep alone before they are confident enough to do so.for working parents the seperation to a carer is very hard and also helping parents to read the signs properly that their child wants to explore freely when they are used to protecting their
little one.these are all
things parents need to be aware
of when adapting this form
of parenting.I like it very much but I am a professional childcarer with additional childcare knowledge too and though parents always know their own child
best risk for example is always an immotive subject to get across to parents that their
little one needs to experience risk within
of course a safe environment.
KRISTINA CHAMBERLAIN:
Well sometimes moms will deal with it more in the first couple
of months just while their bodies and babies and still you know figuring out what's the supply and demand is, so, a
lot of times after the baby's hit you know the 2 or 3 months mark that starts to get
better just because again moms and babies bodies are you know dancing together a
little bit
better they're getting more in to rhythm, so sometimes that the time and then in itself will kind
of resolve it as baby gets bigger and kind
of figures that out but if after the 2 months mark it's still an issue when it's making nursing hard for mom and baby I would say then start doing some
of the
things that we talked about to be a
little bit more assertively treating it
This might be the kind

well for a family that travels with their
little ones, or does a
lot of camping.
«When you see someone who's homeless, keep in mind it's not necessarily like the movies, that there's mental illness or cause
of drugs, there could be a
lot of reasons, and instead
of looking as we sometimes do, we look away from them, we look down at them, instead look at them like anyone else and just say «hope you have a
good day» and «hope you're alright» and give them that encouragement that they're going to be okay because that
little thing may be the
thing that gets them to the next step, that helps them get to that next interview, that next opportunity, or even to come in to an organization and say I need help,» said Vasquez.
Phil Ross: I think even before that we're going to get

lots of little things in which these materials are incorporated, whether we get the full ball

things produced from the ground up by
little molecular helpers in that time — I don't know.
: A
lot of these
things what they're really designed to do like a
lot of the essential oils just help you relax a

And for a vegan bodybuilder who must unfortunatelly play tetris with the food sources that he choses in order to give to his body the right ammounts
of aminos, restricting SPI and soy foods so much does not make his goal any easier. There are sometimes that you need a meal thats complete with aminos and soy provides that meal with the additional benefits
of lacking the saturated fats trans cholesterol and other endothelium inflammatory factors.I'm not saying that someone should go all the way to 200gr
of SPI everyday or consuming a kilo
of soy everyday but some servings
of soy now and then even every day or the use
of SPI which helps in positive nitrogen balance does not put you in the cancer risk team, thats just OVERexaggeration.Exercise, exposure to sunlight, vegan diet or for those who can not something as close to vegan diet, fruits and vegetables which contains
lots of antioxidants and phtochemicals, NO STRESS which is the global killer, healthy social relationships, keeping your cortisol and adrenaline levels down (except the necessary times),
good sleep and melatonin function, clean air, no radiation, away from procceced foods and additives like msg etc and many more that i can not even remember is the key to longevity. As long as your immune system is functioning
well and your natural killer cells TP53 gene and many other cancer inhibitors are
good and
well, no cancer will ever show his face to you. With that logic we shouldn't eat ANY ammount
of protein and we should go straight to be breatharians living only with
little water and sunlight exposure cause you like it or not the raise
of IGF1 is inevitable i know that raise the IGF1 sky high MAYBE is not the
best thing but we are not talking about external hormones and
things like this.Stabby raccoon also has a point. And even if you still worry about the consumption
of soy... http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21711174.
Ground flax seed, I had never used until I started baking vegan and that, when you combine it with water and let it sit for a
little bit, it becomes sort
of a gel and makes a really
good egg substitute in a
lot of things.
I know
of a
lot of actual friends, you know, who will try something like this — and I have nothing wrong with people trying
things — but they'll buy into a myth like this, they'll make changes in their lifestyle that we would generally think are
good, for instance, eating more vegetables, eating more fruits, and they may have underlying health conditions that make meat or animal consumption, such as low stomach acid or GI infections or anything, a
little harder for them to digest right now.

I love sharing these
little things with you guys because I've had this blog in some very single times in my life, through some rocky relationships, and now after taking the time and energy to myself to really set an intention for who I wanted to be with, and how I wanted that person to make me feel... (which required a

My opinion is that instruction by adolescents who have
lots of time to kill and very
little understanding
of how to pass on knowledge about their skills can actually be harmful to
well - meaning learners who waste time and learn the wrong
things.
