lot of fun meeting
new people and
checking out
new car models.
Coming into a
new marriage where we had both literal and physical «baggage,» we were getting in a
lot of arguments about what each
person was spending without first
checking in.
If digital comics do what they're supposed to do, which is bring in
new readers, then there will be a whole
lot of people who don't care about «
checking up on» all these dusty old characters we've invested years in.
I think that we have tried to find the right solution for each franchise individually, and Call
of Duty has really benefitted from that annual innovation moment, that annual reengagement moment where a
lot of people, who maybe played for a couple months and had a great experience but moved on to other things, come back and
check out the
new game, and there's advantages and disadvantages to both.
The
new Ghostbusters movie was awesome in every respect, and I hope a
lot of people check it out on home video that didn't get a chance to see it in theaters.
If you rely on manually visiting all those sites — and, let's be honest, our hypothetical example has a scant half - dozen sites while the average
person would have many, many, more — then you're either going to be wasting a
lot of time
checking the sites every day for
new content or you're going to be missing out on content as you either forget to visit the sites or find the content after it's not as useful or relevant to you.
