Throughout our years on a WFPB diet I had been very particular about getting enough plant protein and calcium (and indeed all nutrients including B12)-- we had 4 - 5 serves

To replace the void if you're used to consuming
lots of bread, pasta, cereals, and other carb sources... try filling that void with more healthy fats such as

nut butters, as well as healthy proteins such as grass - fed dairy and meats, whole free - range organic eggs,
etc..
Oats are such an economical option; even the certified gluten - free oats are often cheaper than
