I melted a quarter cup of unsweetened carob chocolate chips with some coconut oil, threw in
lots of orange rind and some of its juice... People went ballistic.

It took a
lot of adjusting because the sauce was very bitter — I assume that's from the
orange rind.

of that fruit adds up to a whole
lot of orange peels, apple cores and watermelon
rinds.
i blend lemon or
orange rind with
lots of water... works great on my vitamix to clean the container... let it blend for a minute to get the tuff stuff out...
