of backyard barbecue cookery, there are
lots of things people love to cook: steaks, ribs,
pork shoulders, hot dogs, hamburgers, leg
of lamb, and on and on.
I know I make that
pork a
lot, but it is so quick and easy, plus it's one
of his favorite dishes!
This Bourbon Braised
Pork has a fabulous combination
of ingredients — apples, mushrooms, aromatics,
lots of sage, and a braising liquid
of bourbon and apple cider.
These Asian - influenced tasty bites have
lots of garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, parsley, cilantro, and honey to flavor the ground beef and
pork.
There were
lots of great options — S'mores Bake (not a main dish, darn), Crab Cakes, Lo Mein Chili, and

I would say you probably have a
lot of really fresh
pork around.
I usually have a
lot of fat render out
of my
pork so I may start out with less lard.
