This last green monster was a combo of
lots of romaine lettuce, orange, carrot and ginger.
I used
a LOT of romaine lettuce, red onion, hard boiled egg, cheddar cheese, a few whole grain croutons, fresh corn, and diced red bell pepper.

lots of cracked black pepper and parmesan cheese, and
of course the ubiquitous creamy and garlicky Caesar dressing.

lots of green, water - containing vegetables as your base — think cucumber, celery and
romaine lettuce.
Foods like melons, cucumbers,
romaine lettuce, celery, and tomatoes, all contain a
lot of water — which helps to lubricate and boost digestion.
