I'm confused and / or frustrated, I've been doin the keto - diet since Jan 1st trying to data round 20g of carbs per day most recently I have been eating
lots of walnuts and macadamia nuts inbetween meals or late at night.
This bread has go a thick crust and a great taste, with
lots of walnuts inside.
