of this results in you either giving up on the diet as the lure
of that cheesecake seems a
lot more appealing than the need for a ripped set
of abs or, even worse, giving up and then eating your way back up [and sometimes even past] your prior starting
weight.

weights if I had not followed an

Bracing your core during free
weight movements is one
of the best ways to develop your

lot of elite conditioning athletes have.

lot of weighted pull ups.
