guest will cost $ 27, and the number of
guests is subject to each specific
lounge's
policy.
It's still not 100 % clear to me what the
guest policy will be for the Sapphire Reserve but it appears to be similar if not the same as the Citi Prestige, in that at least two
guests will be allowed to enter for free (though this may be subject to the discretion of the
lounge being visited).
Of course, as just stated, you can get
guests in to Centurion
lounges for free, so if most / all of your travels are domestic and go through major airports with Centurion
lounges then the
guest policy effectively works out to be the same.
The card comes with a Priority Pass select membership that has the most generous complimentary
guest policy of any
lounge benefit on this list.
Instead of a more lenient
policy to permit immediate families, the American Express Centurion
lounges are reportedly going to a
guest policy with a maximum of two people per cardholder (including children).
The
lounge was full to capacity, the
lounge was effectively operating a one in, one out
policy and this genius decided it was good idea to
guest a stranger into the
lounge!
This is a change from the previous
policy that did not allow any complimentary
guests and forced you to pay $ 27 for additional parties to enter the
lounges with you.

lounges while
guest costs at Sky Clubs follow individual Club
policies.
I'm actually not a fan of unlimited entry because I think these
guest policies are beginning to cause overcrowding in
lounges but obviously this is a great perk if it works in your favor.
Under the new
policies, Platinum Card Members can enter our
lounges with up to two family members for free, as well as continue to purchase day - passes for any additional
guests or family members.
Specifically, I like Citi Prestige's liberal
guest policy when visiting Priority Pass
lounges (effectively the JetBlue
lounge at Terminal C at Boston Logan).
