about how they are sinners you know the bit, an thats it go home and freak out on your famliy members because their not save like you maybe they are and you cant even tell because they do nt measure up to your churches standards even though God says we have all fallen short and that our rightousness is filthy rags, we need to stop useing the word of God as though we think we know what were doing, do you really think that when God said I will give you all authority He ment you?
He knew that if they
followed Him, they could learn
about Him while they were in the midst of
loving and serving
others.
There

about union, mutual
love, and support, etc., sentiments one finds in romantic poetry and in the sincere expressions of homosexual lovers for each
other.
My changes and current views on these questions are causing me to be more concerned
about following Jesus, making disciples, caring for the poor, feeding the hungry, loosing the captives, living on less,
loving others, and making friends with people on the fringes than ever before.
you are saying (and I know you don't mean this) that you do not believe anything at all
about God, you simply chose to live your life by
following someone's guidelines to
love each
other.
I run this blog to write
about Scripture and theology, and to interact with
other people around the world who have similar ideas
about knowing God,
following Jesus, and
loving others.
The old adages
about not legislating morals, not forcing people to
love each
other, etc. have been true enough to perpetuate themselves but false enough to prevent attitudinal changes that
follow rather than precede Christian conduct.
Gil if we only received one blessing in this life and that was eternal life in Jesus Christ that alone would be enough but we are blessed way more than that because we have been sent his holy spirit to help us overcome our old nature.He never leaves us nor forsakes us whether good or bad happens he strengthens us in our weakness.It says in the bible that the rain falls on both the righteous or the wicked God is fair to all whether they deserve it or not he can not be anything else than a holy righteous
loving and fair God.I do nt need to convince you to believe
about God he will reveal himself to you if you are seeking the truth as he is the truth.I do nt try and make
others believe its pointless.I know without a doubt that i am saved and my sins are forgiven.As a christian it will a joy to be with the Lord there is no fear in death for those that
love him.In the meantime i serve him with all my heart until he calls me home.I
love talking
about the Lord but each of us must walk according to what we believe.I trust my life to Jesus Christ and i choose to
follow him who do you
follow?
But Jesus knew that if they
followed Him, they could learn
about Him while they were in the midst of
loving and serving
others.
If we think
about it most of us know those who
follow Jesus,
loving others as Jesus directed, who do not feel that they «suffer» or are persecuted.
This makes me think that if you are truly motivated by
love for someone, and if you
follow biblical principles on how to prophesy (building
others up, glorifying Jesus, prophesying «in accordance with your faith» as Paul says in Romans 12:6), then you have nothing to be worried
about.
