One of the things
I love about granola is that it is a tasty and easy way to use up whatever nuts / seeds / flours you have from other projects.
There are so many things that
I love about this granola: the crunchy clusters (one wouldn't think that 1/2 a cup of pure pumpkin could yield such a crunchy granola, but, alas!

As much as I
love baking, sometimes you just want your yummy, yummy snack without needing to turn on the oven... and the hardest part
about making these
granola bars is allowing them to set before eating them!
One of the things I

granola on top of fruit, which means you can legitimately eat dessert for breakfast!!
