I don't know exactly when or why that changed a couple years ago (though I'm pretty sure it involved aloogobi), but in any case, I am completely, utterly, passionately, violently in love with cauliflower today.
My recipe here today is not the regular aloogobi; it is Bengali style phulkopir dalna which is a no - onion and no - garlic recipe of cauliflower, potato and peas curry and trust me you will love this!
