Apart from being super indulgent, rich and decadent they are super healthy too, full of protein and skin
loving omegas from the
nuts and the coconut oil and packed with magnesium and antioxidants thanks to the
banana, dates and cacao.
I
love the flavor of
banana nuts so these are going to be good.

nuts in here but any kind will do) 3 tablespoons raw chocolate powder 2 tablespoons coconut oil 2 tablespoons hemp seeds 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon maca powder 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (a bit more if you have a sweet tooth, but not too much!)

I could eat oats anytime and
love to add crunchy
nuts like walnuts, and whatever fruit in the house that needs to be eaten — usually the
bananas!

bananas mixed with egg and
nut butter... They browned up nicely in my waffle maker and my kids
loved them (even my son who claims not to like
bananas).
