love coconut and almonds and (obvi) chocolate, so the idea of an Almond Joy - ish bar that has those flavors combined in a healthier, better - tasting package, made from natural ingredients rather than who - knows - what, is right up my alley.

coconut milk so I
love that yours is much simpler
and the technique to make it creamy because
almond milk does get ice hard.

love coconut, so I've added that,
and omitted chopped
almonds in favour of more hazelnuts, which are my favourite (
and also available locally).
I really do
love baking with
almond flour, as it's high in good fats
and low in carbs, but I only like baking with
coconut flour.
I make something similar to this smoothie
and LOVE it for breakfast or lunch... i use chocolate
almond milk or chocolate
coconut milk, bananas, peanut butter, a tbsp of ground
almonds or hazelnuts
and a tbsp of oat bran!!!
I usually opt out of soy milk, but I do
love almond and coconut milk for my smoothies.
I would
love to make these
and wondering if anybody has tried to substitute the (out)
coconut floor with (in)
almond floor.

love that they use
coconut flour which is way cheaper than the
almond flour that a lot of grain free / paleo recipes use
and coconut flour is also safe to send to school in my area (most schools are nut free around here.)

coconut oil at room temp, I used soy milk instead of
almond because that's what I had,
and I replaced about 2 / 3c of the white flour with oats because I
love oats in my cookies!
