I absolute
love coconut ice
cream, could definitely have one
of those right now since it's a (rare) warm day in San Francisco.
I make
coconut whipped
cream all the time as frosting for cupcakes and such, but I
love the idea
of adding cashews — totally makes sense for the texture, and I bet it's so thick and rich!
There's over 80 amazingly brilliant vegan ice
cream recipes for ice
cream, pops, ice
cream sandwiches, ice
cream cake, smoothies etc. ~ creamy, rich, decadent with so many flavours and interesting combinations
of ingredients... YET we settled for a simple
Coconut Water Cooler recipe... but that's exactly why I
loved this book so much — it has a pure, natural and even simple way to eat healthier ice
cream treats.
I absolutely
love the combination
of lemon and
coconut with
cream cheese frosting.
I also
love the simple ingredient list, but if you don't care for the taste
of coconut cream, you won't like this yogurt — because that's exactly what it tastes like.
The clotted
cream proved more
of a challenge and it took me a few trials and errors to come up with something I
loved — a mixture
of vegan butter, icing sugar and
coconut cream to create a cheat's version
of clotted
cream.
I used butter instead
of coconut oil because I
love butter, and I didn't have enough almond milk so I added 1 Tbsp heavy
cream and 3 Tbsp water.
This is a family friendly ice
cream recipe that all ages will adore, and is full
of antioxidant rich blueberries, gut flora
loving coconut milk and delectable creamy avocado which is high in lovely monounsaturated fats that will make your hair shine and your skin glow.
One
of my favorite things about it is the cinnamon
coconut cream frosting since I
love both
coconut and cinnamon.
I
love to experiment with ice
cream flavors and this pistachio chocolate chip
coconut ice
cream is one
of my favorites.
Would
love to sub
coconut cream for the heavy
cream and cheese for a vegan version
of this dish
The cupcakes themselves are not overly sweet since the only sugar in them is fruit sugar, that's why I
love a not - small serving
of coconut whipped
cream frosting on top.
These are adorable and
love the contrasting colours
of the bright sprinkles against the chocolate
coconut cream.

coconut whipped

Just

coconut milk as an ice -
cream base and covering them in chocolate to make post chic - ices has got me very excited.
