I love curry powder because it contains such healthy spices including turmeric which contains curcumin.
I used McCormick's curry powder (and just bought it last week), and
I love curry powder, but I didn't really taste it in this dish.

This reminds me of my favorite quick / easy / delicious winter dinner: peel and cube a butternut squash, sweat it with a chopped onion and some garlic in a stockpot until soft, mix in 1/2 (or whole) can of coconut milk, add
curry powder, salt, and a splash of sriracha to taste, puree the whole thing (I
love my immersion blender!)
Lentils are a go - to for me... I
love simple
curried lentil soup (veg broth, diced onion, mushroom,
curry powder, cumin, garlic, and lentils + any add - ins you like... squash or potatoes help add bulk to it, I like adding spinach or kale, tomatoes add a nice acidity...) or an even simpler cold lentil salad made with red onion, diced tomatoes, lentils, chickpeas, and lemon juice / vinegar / EVOO.

love our cauliflower, and blitzing it through a soup with a touch of
curry powder makes it incredibly delicious!
I
love gingerbread but would propose one extra ingredient to the recipe, I always put a 2 good sized tablespoons of
curry powder into my gingerbread

For some reason, I
love pairing veggie noodles with peanut sauces rather than tomato or cream, and I recently got a delicious
curry spice blend that goes really well with peanuts or, in this case, peanut
powder.
Food editor Paul Grimes is used to getting ribbed by his colleagues for sneaking
curry powder into his desserts — he

love how effortless the frozen spinach brings another layer of goodness.

I did up the
curry powder a bit just because I
love it so much.
After learning to make my own and realizing that it didn't have to be too spicy, I fell in
love with
curries and now sneak
curry powder into many recipes.
I
love the addition of
curry powder and nutritional yeast, not just because of the added flavor but also for the nutrient boost.
With chicken for protein, creamy coconut milk, your choice of
curry powder (and you can change up this recipe simply by experimenting with a new
curry powder), a little fresh jalapeño for spice, some dried basil and cashews, this is the kind of meal I
love to make any day of the week.
But legumes are also a good source of other compounds and nutrients thought to have anti-cancer effects, like isoflavones, lignans, and vitamin B. I
love lentils cooked in bone broth and mixed with greens,
curry powder, and chicken sausage (or just the greens if you want a meatless meal).
