love with other VA bloggers, so we sent out a quick twitter announcement, and rounded up a few other bloggers for lunch at Selbas, a Richmond restaurant
with plenty of vegan / vegetarian options.
They're quite unique in flavour and I didn't like them at first but that's the same
with so many of the
foods I now

My diet is raw and cooked vegan

do love my soy dog, now and again.
What makes Plenti unique and alluringly convenient in my eyes is that it comes pre-packed

does not equal consuming «rabbit
food».

with that purpose but if anyone dares to touch my baking supplies (ie chocolate chips, those always dissapear at my house before I get to use them) or my make ahead meals and snacks... you don't want ot mess up
with me then.
Doing that has allowed me to play
with their
food preferences and make some of the

love and prefer a little healthier.
Why is it that the things I
love to
do, in my case making good
food, photographing it and sharing it
with friends via this blog, always seem to take a back seat to all the other things I have going on?
Because resting, de-stressing, and enjoying
food and time
with loved ones are healthy things to
do!
I'd
love to hear about your kiddos, their
food preferences, and if they are picky or not and what you
do with them to encourage them to eat!
But don't worry,

However, we're planning to have a big party to celebrate our anniversary this fall — I don't think there's any need to wait for a wedding to have a celebration of

with dancing and good
food!

Well, I believe that
food should be used as a source of fuel or recovery for your body, so if you work out, then you need to give it some
loving with some good - for - you ingredients I also don't believe in all that no - fat nonsense!
