love these pancakes so much — as
for subbing the ground almond I would just use a gluten free flour, like
buckwheat or brown rice.
I
love stirring in manuka honey, slices of banana and ground cinnamon as they all totally melt into the
buckwheat to make it so amazingly sweet and creamy, I then add almond milk
for extra creaminess before stirring in some almond butter and baobab at the end.
Yum, I
love how smooth and creamy soaked and blended
buckwheat is
for breakfast.
My son (8) and I totally
love the raw
buckwheat porridge, it's been on high rotation in our house
for months now.

love the whiff of earth and spice that
buckwheat flour adds to these cookies but if you don't have any on hand, you can likely trade both flours
for a gluten - free all - purpose blend, or wheat flour if gluten isn't an issue.
As
for the favorite grain then I
Love brown rice and
buckwheat, but it is hard
for me to make good baked goods from them.
No vinegars of any kind and absolutely no coconut product (oil & flour etc.) Rice, oat, barley, teff, quinoa, millet, amaranth, chia and
buckwheat all good... thank goodness!!!!!! This may be asking

for recent additions), and gluten being banned from the kitchen, I have leaned heavily on
buckwheat.
And then I went
for it, using what I had in my cupboards, foods I
love,
buckwheat groats, seedless raisins, seeds and nuts, namely pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and a handful of pine nuts thrown in
for their scrumptious fatty gorgeousness, threw it in my high - speed blender (I have a magimix 4200), gave it a blitz and hey - presto, it was SO GOOD!
