love Kerrygold grass fed butter, organic valley ghee, and fatworks lard as fat sources.
We are talking raw if possible, but GRASS - FED or pasture raised most definitely, and
I love Kerrygold, available at Trader Joes, Costco and Sprouts.

Personally, I
love almost every food on the planet and recommend a dollop of Organic Valley sour cream on top, and some grated
Kerrygold cheese slices (melts) underneath the meat sauce.
