love stir fry, and
meat hasn't really been doing it for me lately, so I'm glad this is a vegetarian
version.
In the meantime, I have my leftovers to look forward to: — a spinach salad with breast
meat, fresh pineapple chunks, dried cranberries, and some shredded carrots and apples (I
love colorful salads)-- my Pumpkin chicken skillet, based off of Gluten - Free Mommy's pumpkin chicken tortillas (but I try to limit my corn - intake so my
version tops the filling on baked sweet potatoes.
For those days, I
love re-creating vegetarian
version of recipes with lots of fresh ingredients, and bold flavors to enjoy a flavorful weeknight dinner no matter if we eating
meat or not.
I
love this

I'd like to make a gluten - free
version since this looks absolutely delicious and nothing else needs to be adapted, and I'd
love to know approximately how much of a
meat sub to use in cups.

We
love the vegan
versions, with tofu, tempeh or veggie
meats.
This makes sense to me though, because there are lots of food items that I'd throw into the category of «
meat substitutes» and absolutely
love the flavor of, despite having never had a taste for the original animal based
version.
Sabzi is a Persian dish that typically has
meat but I have made a vegan
version for you and also made it into a soup because that is what my family has really grown to
love.
