Our
breed of choice (I include mixed
breeds too)
often reflects our ideal mate
of choice, showing that our
love for a certain dog concurs with the universe's law
of attraction.
They are looking for a Poodle, a Cocker Spaniel, a Boston Terrier, a Yorkie, a Golden Retriever, a Maine Coon, a Siamese — they
love a particular
breed of pet and
often have had that
breed all their lives.
We want to encourage positive portrayals
of these «monsters» as a way to change public perception and fight dog discrimination and abuse by showcasing dogs who are exemplary ambassadors for the
breeds (therapy dogs, Canine Good Citizens) or just
loving family members regardless
of their
often horrific pasts.
Most Pit Bull owners feel although in some cases we may have to keep our
love for the
breed hidden from society in general due to the discrimination
often faced by those ignorant
of the
breed in today's society.
As much as I
love the mystery
of the mixed
breed I know that the surprises are very
often too much for the owner and the dog lands in the shelter.
These adaptable, kind,
loving dogs are one
of the most popular
breeds and are
often used as guide or assistance dogs.
Owners
of giant
breeds like Newfoundlands and Great Danes
often love to boast about the weight
of their huge dogs.
Now, the couple and their team
of volunteers and foster parents work to rescue, rehabilitate, and find
loving forever homes for the city's stray and abandoned dogs, particularly the
often misunderstood bully
breeds.
This
breed is very even - tempered and
loving; they are
often called teddy bears because
of their
love for children.
An example
of this is that lop rabbits such as french lob rabbit
often become very
loving pets and they also seems smarter and easier to train then other rabbit
breeds.
Pet owners
often look askance at people who are fussy about the appearance or pedigree
of their dogs, claiming (rightfully) that any dog — mixed
breed or purebred, perfect specimen or not — is worthy
of love and concern.
At the height
of the
breed stature in the early 20th century they were
often seen as the most decorated heroes in the U.S. Lilly has demonstrated the unconditional
love and loyalty that is a hallmark
of Pit Bulls — and many, many other dogs as well.

often acquired because they are known for being easily trained, enjoying an active life, and
loving children, but a poorly -
bred dog
of either
breed may be hyperactive, bull - headed, and snappish, or have other inherited behavior or health characteristics that make it a poor choice for a family.
We have dogs
of all
breeds; many appear to be purebred and may appeal to people looking for a particular type
of dog, and
often many senior dogs looking for a
loving friend.
Our goals are to place these dogs in
loving homes and to educate people about the characteristics
of this wonderful, yet
often misunderstood,
breed.
They have a big personality in a relatively small body and are
often called «the clowns
of the dog world» They are a fun -
loving breed that
loves nothing more than playing with the kids (supervised
of course) and spending time with their humans.
Although you can not get a papered, purebred pet, you can find many animals that are in need
of love and rescuing, and
often mixed
breeds can be healthier than some purebreds.
