Oh my goodness — while I love pumpkin pie, I think I'll have a side of these bars with my pie!

I love pie (a lot, obvi) but you have to admit: pie bars just easier than a whole pie.

However, I think I finally figured out a way that I love pumpkin pie: in bar form!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE lemon bars, lemon Nutty Butter;), lemon cookies, lemon cake, and lemonade pie.

One of my favorite ways to get pumpkin in my diet, is (of course) pumpkin pie, which I'm happy to eat any time of year, but I also love it in smoothies, bars, quick breads, and drinks, of which this Pumpkin Chai Latte is one of my favorites.

Thankfully I've come to my senses as an adult, and have grown to love pecan pie, but even more so pecan pie bars.

Now I can add these pumpkin pie bars to the list of all the pumpkin desserts I love.

I love pumpkin pie and I love brownie type bars, so what's not to love!?! These pumpkin pie bars sound fabulous!

One of my favorite ways to get pumpkin in my diet, is (of course) pumpkin pie, which I'm happy to eat any time of year, but I also love it in smoothies, bars, quick breads, and drinks, of which this Pumpkin Chai Latte is one of my favorites.
