And I know they're freshest in the fall and usually a staple in fall recipes, but I
love using them all year round in sweet baked goods, savory pork recipes, and just
plain old eating them
raw.
I just do it with
plain raw almonds, and just
love it that way.
Just be sure you choose
plain and unsweetened cocoa or
raw cacao to get the best form possible, (though I admit personally do
love a darker, Dutch - processed cocoa powder myself!).
As much as I
love drinking masala chai
plain, brewed strong or with a touch of
raw honey, there's something particularly wonderful about a frothy blended vegan chai latte.
I
love combining
raw oats with
plain Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and stevia, and refrigerating the combination overnight.
If your son is not a veggie eater (and even my veggie eater doesn't
love plain,
raw veggies, even with dips), can you concentrate on fruits for lunch and worry about veggies at other meals (and / or put them into the entree)?
It's more of a
plain Jane and in a good way as it's very minimal in design and has a
raw leather inside which I
love - as it gives a more rustic vibe to the whole bag.
