A beautiful piece of seasonal fruit is a favourite snack, but I also
love brown
rice cakes with tahini and chia seeds, a small smoothie, fresh juice, or some homemade
crackers with nut butter.
Even now I still spend a lot of time thinking about what to snack on and it usually ends up involving
rice crackers with some form of spread — guacamole, almond butter, sun dried tomato type creations etc... I
love all these snacks, they're great, but sometimes I think I can do better than
rice crackers!
I
love cookies, chocolate and chips but if I want to be a bit healthier I'll eat
crackers with hummus or a
rice waffle with peanut butter.

love cheese paired with apples, grapes or tomatoes, grilled cheese sandwiches (esp Havarti with dill), on fruit salad skewers, alongside
rice crackers or a bowl of almonds or pecans, in a lettuce and hummus wrap and of course on top of creamy tomato soup or macaroni and cheese.
For a mid morning snack I
love to spread peanut butter on a
rice cake,
cracker, anything really, then sprinkle cereal on top.
