I have been exercising 4 to 5 days a week, jog,
walk, push ups, arm dips, step ups, squats,
lunges, crunches... for 45 mins to an hour, one day a week I do cross fit,,,,, been doing this for almost 2 months, drinking plenty of water, feeling great but only lost not even 3 pounds, my husband said it looks like I had lost 15 to 20, I can tell things are changing a bit, my stomach, my legs, hips and
