«Therefore the Church gives thanks for each and every
woman: for mothers, for sisters, for wives; for
women consecrated to God in virginity; for
women dedicated to the many human beings who await the gratuitous
love of another person; for
women who watch over the human persons in the family, which is the fundamental sign of the human community; for
women who work professionally, and who at times are burdened by a great social responsibility; for «perfect»

women as they have come forth from the heart of God in all the beauty and richness of their femininity; as they have been embraced by his eternal

with men, they are pilgrims

with men, a common responsibility for the destiny of humanity according to daily necessities and according to that definitive destiny which the human family has in God himself, in the bosom of the ineffable Trinity.»

I don't know what your viewpoint is
on someone being gay and a Christian, but let me suggest that you read his book before you talk about the «choice» Wesley Hill made to be gay (he didn't), or how his father was abusive or absent (he wasn't), or how Wesley should just «man up» and fall in
love with a
woman (he's tried), or get «cured» by reading the Bible and praying more (he probably reads the Bible and prays more than you or I).
But if God is — that is, if the cosmic
Love is inescapably there and not simply a speculation or wish
on the part of us men and
women and if God is also the divine, worshipful, and unsurpassable One who is concerned
with and acts for his world in all its richness and variety, then surely the significant thing for us is to focus our attention upon that One.
The revelation of Jesus as communicator of that truth is simply this: God is
love through and through; He is «Abba,» Father, who desires the salvation of all men and
women by union
with Himself
on Earth as in Heaven.
Neville i mentioned those people only because the discussion was talking about dominionism the combination of the church and state as a governing rule all those people were government leaders all of them suffered in there own way.Its was the suffering that prepared them for the roles that they were to play and there faith in God was what helped them get through. We are made stronger in our weakness no matter how important or unimportant we may appear to others.I guess it is easy to fall into the lie about political involvement that its hard to make change but some people have had a huge impact.Really it is God who deserves the praise he is the one that creats the opportunitys to make impact
on the world as in our strength we can do nothing. In hebrews the great men and
woman of faith there are those that seemed unimportant to the world and many suffered for there faith Our Lord knows everyone by name and every small act of faith we do he remembers because we do it out of our
love for him that is what the christian walk is about living for Jesus and sharing that
love with others.brentnz.
How
on earth will any

One can almost see the stately procession of those oriental
women, dignified as queens, in the peace of the oriental evening coming down the slope from the little city, each
with her graceful water - jar
on her shoulder, while around the tree - sheltered well lie the ten great hulking beasts still saddled
with their baggage and gaudy
with the beads and trinkets that camel - drivers have always
loved.
The story of Wonder
Woman, far from being a feminist fable, is actually the archetypal tragedy of the goddess who falls in
love with a mortal man who must die while she lives
on immortally.
As someone who believes in God whole heartedly and feels he is the way through alot of the darkness
on this earth but also the way to celebrate our greatest joys.I am happy she has found the
love of God.But I to find the choice of religion somewhat suspiscious. As others have pointed out the dicotomy makes one wonder if the fact that her boyfriend is a Catholic has alot to do
with her choice.Alot of
women and men for that matter find conform to what their partners religion is because it is just easier and more comfortable at home for them. Now I am not saying this is what happened in this case.but it is somehting ti ponder. For me
loving God and your neighbor as much as yourself are the most important part of believeing in a Supreme Being and all the rest of the Dogma just gets in the way and even is the cause of alot of the strife and wars in this world. So I hope she is happy but UP God for me... but no thatnks
on the religion!!
A vast body of work has emerged from
women theologians, often though not always termed «feminist» thinkers, and reaching far beyond the specific focus of this chapter
on supplanting male - dominated understandings of God
with more fecund investigations into the divine mystery of power and
love.
Two books that changed me in late high school (they set me firmly
on the path I still follow): Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis (it grounded my faith in reason)[and] Out of the Saltshaker by Rebecca Manley Pippert (for many reasons:
loving Jesus so much that it overflows into your relationships
with non-believers, and it gave me a picture of a strong, intelligent
woman who was doing ministry)-- Laura Mott Tarro
I
love to do treasure hunts by asking the Lord to highlight someone for me to be
on the lookout for that day, such as a description of clothing, or a name and then I ask God to give me a word of knowledge about that person (such as Jesus «example
with the
woman at the well), and then as the conversation opens up, I can share the hope to which I «ve been called.
Or this, from a Cambridge lecture by Arthur Quiller - Couch: «Is it possible, gentlemen, that you can have read one, two, thee, or more of the acknowledged masterpieces of English literature without having it borne in
on you that they are great because they are alive, and traffic not
with cold celestial certainties, but
with men's hopes, aspirations, doubts,
loves, hates, breakings of the heart; the glory and the vanity of human endeavor, the transcience of beauty, the capricious uncertain lease
on which you and I hold life, the dark coast to which we inevitably steer; all that amuses, or vexes, all that gladdens, saddens, maddens us men and
women on this brief and mutable traject which yet must be home for a while, the anchorage of our hearts?»
Jeremy have been asking the holy spirit for his help
with this and in regards to the lame man that Jesus healed I do nt believe that sin was the issue for him just like the blind man was it his parents or did he sin the answer was neither but so that God would be glorified. What was the sin that may have been worse for him.The two situations are related of the
woman caught in adultery the key words being go and sin no more only two references in the bible and will explain later the lame man we see at first his dependency
on everyone else for his needs he cant do it he is in the best position to receive Gods grace but what does he do
with it.Does he follow Jesus no we are told he goes to the temple and Jesus finds him now that he has his strength to do things
on his own what his response to follow the way of the pharisees that is what is worse than his condition before so he is warned by go and sin no more.We get confused because we see the word sin but the giver of is speaking to him to go another way means death.Getting back to the two situations of the
woman caught in adultery and the lame man here we see a picture of our hearts
on the one our
love for sin and
on the other the desire to work out our salvation
on our terms they are the two areas we have to submit to God.My experience was the self righteousness was the harder to deal
with because it is linked in to our feelings of self worth and self confidence so we have to be broken so we are humble enough to realise that without God we can do nothing our flesh hates that so it is a struggle at first to change our way of thinking.brentnz
It was a reunion, a family gathering, a tribe of
women that all get it, all understand, we don't have time to be bickering and boundary - drawing, we're too busy
loving, we're too busy getting
on with the work of the Kingdom and the honour of our King.
I lean towards the third view... but I admit it is the most difficult of the three views... Christ's priorities appear to be «
love in motion» flowing in almost unpredictable directions as dictated by the greatest need: — He heals a slave rather than rebukes slavery; — He heals a man at a pool, then leads the man to belief, then says «cease from sinning»; — He heals many others and says «go and sin no more» to but a few; — He shares money
with the poor but establishes no long - term aid; — He touches lepers; He converses
with seeking Pharisees; He debates
with other Pharisees; He lives
with Samaritan outcasts for two days; — He acknowledges the five «marriages» of the Samaritan
woman as «marriages»... and then remarks about her current co-habitation... but then moves to higher priorities; — He seems so very focused
on internal holiness and not
on external holiness; — He violates the Sabbath; He says He is Lord of the Sabbath; He even says that the Sabbath was created to assist man, rather than man created to serve the Sabbath... thus turning the entire concept of the Law into one of assistance rather than being chained to obedience; — He insists
on impartiality in the way we bless others, even if we call them «evil» or «good».
He uses the phrase «the theatre of the national pornography of the Roman state,» to describe public executions, and goes
on to give an analytical example where «the rending of flesh in public could be linked to the bravery exemplified by a
woman in her confrontation
with Roman authority, and simultaneously, to a language of
love.»
I don't think it's so much about the levites being paid for their service it's about us doing what's right toward Pastors that must feed and tend to the flock of GOD if GOD has called them.JESUS even said in luke 10:7 that the laborers are worthy of their wages. In luke 8 1 - 4 it's says even JESUS HIMSELF recieved financial support from the
women who ministered to him
with their possessions. Now most people today would say he should have been ashamed of taking money from those poor
women but JESUS accepted their support and they was blessed for sowing onto the LORD»S work.1 Corinthains 9:1 - 15 says dint muzzle the ox while it tread out the grain was GOD talking about oxes no he was talking about those who labor in the ministry.Who goes to war at their own expense.Or who goes to war but pay for their clothes, guns, etc.No one because the goverment if that country provide these things because of the soilders service.Who plants a vineyard and don't eat from it.Who tends a flock and don't drink the milk of it.I think it's just spiritual sense to support a pastor that's teaching you the word, casting out devils, laying hands and healing is manifesting in people lived, going to hospitails, prisons, and house calls to pray for the sick and shut in, going to graduations and funnerals, praying and fasting for himself and the flock.I think a person who think a pastor shouldn't be paid for their service either don't know they need to be paid and need to be taught or they are demonic in their thinking and either hate GOD, PASTORS, AND GOD»S PEOPLE.Why do nt you hear people saying anything against the dope dealers, strip clubs, dope houses, liquor stores, etc. It's only when people give into the LORD»S work that evil minded or misinformed people have a problem
with it.No sir we don't have to use the old testament to show that we should support out pastors. You don't use the law,
love tells me to support the pastor.Under the new testament LOVE is the greatest of all.Love for GOD and man.If GOD asked for 10 percent under the law to support the levites who didn't have all the responsibilities of Pastor today.Church rent, gas for vans of thd church, insurance fir the church and church vehicles, feeding and clothing the poor, light, gas, and water bill, mantience on the church or vehicles, not to mention the Pastor own house, cars, children, insurance, etc.If would be foolish for one to think that a pastor should take care if his house and GODS HOUSE without people supporting the work of the KINGDOM OF GOD.If we love GOD we are going to support HIS KINGDOM and HIS PASTOR.If under the law GOD asked for 10 percent how much should we give under the LOVE COVENANT?Example I love my wife and if I had 300 dollars I would surley give her more that 10 percent which would be 30 dollars because I love her.The law says you must give LOVE says I chose to give because I love GOD and man.Again we don't have to use the law just love and spiritual sense because hate and a carnal senses will not understand. Now I have given you scriptures please do the same when you respond not your opinion. Please respond right away I await your answer.GOD BL

So while
women may
love to compare notes
on the lowest - carb beer or toast to successes
with a sparkling rosé, we also
love to sip whisky and shoot tequila when the celebration calls for it.
Sitting
on the couch
with two
women you
love and admire, eating junk food, and giggling like 16 year olds at an Adam Sandler movie.

Golf gets some
love with our cover story
on Danville's Ty Akabane and her entry into the U.S.
Women's Open.
If I'm not mistaken, there was once a movie
with Dane Cook where every
woman who dated him found the
love of her life right after moving
on to the next guy... Tim Tebow is the football player version of that shitty Dane Cook movie.
But when Brown's next novel appears — it concerns a
woman in her thirties who falls in
love with a young
woman on the tennis tour — Martina surely will be tested again.
From shredding the competition
on a snowboard to inspiring other
women to feel comfortable
with their bodies, Brenna has given us so many reasons to fall absolutely in
love with her, and we're here to tell you just a few of those reasons
with the help of some GIFs!
But, interesting — and sadly — Melania would not be the first
women to have her husband cheat
on her while she's knocked up
with their child (should we forget former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzeneggar and his
love child, born just days after his son
with wife Maria Shriver?).
A little history may shed some light
on my situation but in a nutshell, i am too dam decent for my own good and just suffer because of it.Married at 18 to my highschool sweetheart, god knows i
loved that
woman with every fiber of my being.
I feel particularly bad for guys, not only because they bear the financial brunt of the day — the typical guy will shell out about $ 168.74
on Valentine's Day this year — nearly twice as much as we gals will —
on clothing, jewelry, greeting cards, stuffed teddy bears holding puffy satin hearts
with «I
Love You» embroidered on them, lacy Victoria's Secret teddies, etc., but because they'll be doing it to either appease their sweetheart — do guys really love V.D. like so many women
Love You» embroidered
on them, lacy Victoria's Secret teddies, etc., but because they'll be doing it to either appease their sweetheart — do guys really
love V.D. like so many women
love V.D. like so many
women do?
We're both 53, perfect kid out
on her own, financially secure and I'm considering still working just so I'll have some female contact and not be stuck at home
with a
woman that professes to
love and want me, but has no idea how to show it.
In her research
on professional
women and the relationship
with the caregivers they hire, sociologist Cameron Macdonald, author of Shadow Mothers: Nannies, Au Pairs, and the Micropolitics of Mothering, says that in their desire to be their child's No. 1, some moms only keep caregivers around for a year so their child won't get too attached — thus depriving their child of long - term, stable and
loving relationships, and the moms themselves from the help they actually need.
And we talked about the lessons we can learn from arranged marriages (not forced or child marriages), where common backgrounds, interests and goals matter more than
love at first — although as some
women in arranged marriages wrote us,
love occurs when you see your husband caring for your children, being a good provider (OK, I have some thoughts
on that but I'm just quoting here) and treating his family
with respect and kindness.
I
love how you throw out stats such as «10 % of men cheat
on their pregnant wives»
with no statistical proof whatsoever but — hey — it fits your «
women are victims» narrative, right?
When I spoke
with The Monogamy Gap: Men,
Love, and the Reality of Cheating author Eric Anderson a few years back
on why monogamy is failing men, he told me that the assumption of monogamy puts everyone, men and
women, into a sexual straitjacket:
I turned to the forums
on Prison Talk, a website for those wih incarcerated
loved ones, and what grabbed me were the answers to the post
on why
women fall in
love with inmates.
Women are led to envision romantic moments around breastfeeding, moments cradling a swaddled baby who sleeps peacefully
with a light smile
on her lips,
loving and contented embraces
with partners, and sweet jaunts through the park
with a baby carriage in which a baby lies peacefully.
The Pregnancy Care Center has offered
love for more than 12 years and practical help to pregnant
women and moms of all ages
with a focus
on encouraging healthy pregnancies in the east Pasco area.
Every year, I participated in the Big Latch -
On with excitement and pride and
love for the community of breastfeeding
women around me.
The Dreamgenii Pregnancy Support & Feeding Pillow is filled
with a polyester hollow fibre which provides the comfort
women have come to expect and
love with Dreamgenii, and is supplied
with one removable, washable white pillow case already
on the pillow.
