Oh, the Calvinists could make perfect sense of it all
with a wave of a hand and a swift, confident explanation about how Zarmina had been born in sin and likely predestined to spend eternity in hell to the glory of an angry God (they called her a «vessel of destruction»); about how I should just be thankful to be spared the same fate since it's what I deserve anyway; about how the Asian tsunami was just another one of God's temper tantrums sent to remind us all of His rage at our sin; about how I need not worry because «there is not one maverick molecule in the universe» so every hurricane, every earthquake, every war, every execution, every transaction in the slave trade, every rape of a child is part of God's sovereign plan, even God's idea; about how my objections to this paradigm represented unrepentant pride and a capitulation to humanism that
placed too much inherent value on my fellow human beings; about how my intuitive sense of
love and morality and right and wrong is so corrupted by my sin nature I can not trust it.
I believe that God whispers to me that the Day Nursery I run from my house
with my daughter is a church in His vision of Church — a
place built on
love, supporting staff children and families, yes a business, but one run for
love, providing wages to live, to support charities
too and to enable me to have a break every now and then — but God is not yet overtly mentioned other than in 1:1 conversations where I share my faith (more than I ever did in Church).
But here,
too, the traditionalist is
placed in a bind, for Macklemore has captured and co-opted the image and sentiments associated
with justice, kindness, fairness, progress, equality,
love, patience, kindness, care for the individual person, and human rights, while the tradition gets linked to poison, hatred, bigotry, discrimination, inequality, violence, and war.
Speaking to Princeton students, the late Adlai E. Stevenson once declared: «What a man knows at fifty that he did not know at twenty boils down to something like this: the knowledge that he has acquired
with age is not the knowledge of formulas... but of people,
places, actions — a knowledge not gained... by words, but by touch, sight, sound, victories, failures, sleeplessness, devotion,
love — the human experiences and emotions of this earth; and perhaps,
too, a little faith and a little reverence for the things you can not see.»

When adversaries stick it to you from outside the club, always trying to cause a stir within and among us and we have so called fans agreeing
with these failed pundits who prolly do nt even have a voice in their own households, we like illegitimate children back up their unsincere arguments, hell Piers Morgan does it from a
place of genuine concern, the AKBs and AOBs
too, Fatboy gooner and NY gunner on here even and we are happy to have them but when we thoughtlessly indulge and endorse those who would rather see us fail by always coming up

We need to sell some players not even because of Lemar or Mahrez but because they are not meeting expectations. They are quite a number of underperforming players who need to be sold. This would free up spaces for more effective ones and even reduce wage bill significantly. This is one
place where Arsenal usually fails and that is balancing ruthlessness
with love of players. The coach just seems to
love some players
too much to sell them. It's a shame really. However, a lot of players remain thankful to Arsenal and Wenger because of the way we treat them.I just hope Wenger doesn't continue failed experiments this season again.

Totally agree.Jack has been more than unfortunate
with the many injuries he has suffered over the last 5 - 6 seasons. You have to credit him for the way he has fought to regain his starting
place in the team this last 3 months but you always feel he is just one tackle away from being sidelined again.Im sure his contract offer would have included many incentives but we have previously been
too loyal to long timed injured players at this club - Diaby Rosicsy Carzorla to name the obvious ones.We all
love Jack and his passion for the club is never doubted but we need to be more ruthless in these decisions and I feel Jack will be the first to highlight the clubs position.

No one actually says «My father didn't

with enough father - son turmoil to fill a years» worth of Little League games.
In fact, it so desperately wants to capture that beatnik - y
place and tone where crime films and swinging London met that it just seems to try
too hard, slathering the movie
with music, trippy visuals and other elements that just can't make up for the deficit of a weak and blandly told story about a ex-con (Colin Farrell) hired to look after a reclusive young actress (Keira Knightley) who finds himself falling in
love, which of course puts himself in direct confrontation
with one of London's most vicious gangsters.
And though Weitz is

Clear by now that the script by «Sergei Petrov» and «Rene Fontaine» is actually by Dylan and director Charles, the main defense of the film is that it reads a little like a Dylan song, forgetting that Dylan's songs are, for the most part, poetry of a time and a

I fell in
love with the
place immediately for reasons far
too numerous to name, but what left the biggest impression on me was the rides: The pitch black skies, French architecture, and warm faux - night air of Pirates of the Caribbean, the ghostly dancing projections in the Haunted Mansion, and the psychedelic thrill of speeding along the stars in Space Mountain (still my favorite).
, you are lying on the floor of your
place looking up, a small draft runs through the room, between the door and the window, and all things seem perfectly still, wind only disturbs concrete in imperceptible ways, or it may take millions of years to be noticed and, as the air runs through the space, all your plants move and all is animated and all is alive somehow, and here are the thoughts of all men in all ages and lands, they are not original
with me, and that wind upon your plants is the common air that bathes the globe, and we have no ambitions of universalism, and I'm glad we don't, but the particles of air bring traces of pollen and are charged
with electricity, desert sand, maybe sea water, and these particles were somewhere else before they were dragged here, and their route will not end by the door of this house, and if we tell each other stories, one can imagine that they might have been bathed by this same air, regrouped and recombined, recharged as a vehicle for sound, swirling as it moves, bringing the sound of a drum, like that Kabuki story where a fox recognizes the voice of its parents as a girl plays a drum made out of their skin, or any other event, and yet I always felt your work never tells stories, I tend to think that narrative implies a past tense, even if that past was just five seconds ago, one second ago was already the past, and human memory is irrelevant in geological time, plants and fish know not what tomorrow will bring, neither rocks nor metal do, but we all live here now, and we all need visions and we all need dreams, and as long as your metal sculptures vibrate they are always in the Present, and their past is a material truth alien to narrative, but well, maybe narrative does not imply a past tense at all and they are writing their own story while they gently move and breathe, and maybe nothing was really still before the wind came in, passing through the window as if through an irrational portal to make those plants dance, but everything was already moving and breathing in near complete silence, and if you're focused enough you can feel the pulse of a concrete wall and you can feel the tectonic movements of the earth, and you can hear the magma flowing under our feet and our bones crackling like a wild fire, and you can see the light of fireflies reflected in polished metal, and there is nothing magical about that, it is just the way things are, and sometimes we have to raise our voice because the music is
too loud and let your clothes move to a powerful bass, sound waves and bright lights, powerful like the sun, blinding us if we stare for
too long, but isn't it the biggest sign of
love, like singing to a corn field, and all acts of kindness that are not pitiful nor utilitarian, that are truly horizontal as everything around us is impregnated
with the deadliest violence, vertical and systemic, poisonous, and sometimes you just want to feel the sun burning your skin and look for life in all things declared dead, a kind of vitality that operates like corrosion, strong as the wind near the sea, transforming all things,
