My first instinct was not that I needed to do something impressive like ganache or truffles with this
lovely chocolate... My first instinct was to make a brownie, and simple as it may sound, it was a great way to really taste the cocoa's
deep, intense
flavor through a really simple recipe.

lovely graham crust made from real graham crackers, with a hint of cinnamon and a slight crunch, sweet, creamy milk
chocolate ganache with a hint of
deep cocoa, and puffy, browned marshmallows to round it out.
They have a very nice
chocolate flavor and their
lovely deep brown color comes from the addition of cocoa powder to the batter.
