If you are vegan or vegetarian you can omit the chicken and do chickpeas or white beans, we love to eat it this way as well.

Whilst the rest of the family played outside all day like normal snow - loving folks, I came inside early and started whipping up chillis (like Chicken Chilli and White Chicken Chili) and soups (like this Instant Pot Chicken Soup with Noodles) as any normal food blogger would do.

What I love about serving up whole birds is everyone gets something they like, I prefer white meat and my husband prefers dark and our kids will eat anything so long as it's not spicy, so whole chickens (or game hens) get completely demolished around here.

Another reason we love the White Zinfandel is that it pairs well with a wide variety of foods, including turkey, chicken salad, and desserts, such as peach cobbler.

Now while I'm not always in the mood for chicken, (sorry Chick - fil - A cows,) when I am I do love their fried chicken and the fact that it's white meat.

I used to eat beans & legumes in a variety of dishes, most often: salads (loved garbanzos on a leafy green salad, for example), soups (primary white bean or lentil with a beef or chicken broth sans any tomatoes), and side dishes.

In homes, it is most often served with poached chicken; but most Asian kids, including my siblings and I, usually just love to slather it on plain white rice.

I love fruit & probably eat more than than the average person (I know, high glycemic - but fiber), eat veggies of all on kinds, but avoid white potatoes, eat no beef (it doesn't like my gut), enjoy seafood, love salmon, will eat chicken & pork.

Even my kids LOVE this crockpot white chicken chili recipe because the beans practically disappear with the chicken.

I love white bean chicken chili, its a great alternate to the regular red chili.

I chose it because I love a good white chicken chili, and I had most of the ingredients.

I love white pizza, so I topped mine with mozzarella, roasted garlic, spinach, chicken, artichoke and pesto.
