«Why would
a loving God send people to Hell?
For us (the people of the Western World) the Bible is a book of love: In
his love God sent his eternal Son Jesus Christ to deliver us.
First: In answer to Christians saying natural disasters are somehow conveying god's wants / displeasure So an all powerful, all knowing,
all loving god sends earthquakes, tornadoes, floods etc. to show his displeasure.
What kind of just,
loving god sends people to eternal torment (or oblivion) for incorrectly following the ambiguous «clues» and guessing Miss Scarlett in the Kitchen with a rope instead of Professor Plum in the Ballroom with a revolver?
I've always loved that part where
your loving god sends me to be tortured for eternity.

God who, according to my interpretation (or possibly misinterpretation) of what the bible says, would
send me to eternal torment where there is wailing and gnashing of teeth, simply because I can not find it within myself to believe in him.
Did it not occur to some of you, that maybe it was
God sending verbal messages to family and friends about
love, faith, spirituality, forgiveness?

God has done an act of great
love by
sending Jesus to save you and me, repent and accept Him into your life.

The basic message of the Gospel is that
God loved humanity so much that He

We must seem very strange to Christians of the Third World, for example, in talking about
love but then building economic dams so that we can control those rains

If I say, «If

love is without effect, and it depends on our response... meaningless to humanity but meaningful to

love was demonstrated by

God answered this vital question by
sending His Son, Jesus, as the fulfillment of the most violent religious writings, to show us that He had nothing to do with the violence, but was instead dying along with us in the midst of the violence, taking our sin and suffering upon Himself, bearing our guilt and shame in His own being, all for the sake of those He

Even though we say it's not true, it
sends a message to all of us that
God loves us more when we're happy and is disappointed with us when we're sad.

God in Christ which changes every condemnation into pardon, or rather which sets every condemnation within the infinite

God, who punishes to three generations but who pardons to a thousand generations.
I want them to know there is a
God who
loves them and cares for them, who
sent a savior whose name is Jesus Christ, who came to Earth to die for their sins and we can be forgiven.
