cable curls on the
low pulley.
Without pushing with the core, you'll pitch forward due both to the angle of the
cable on the
low pulley and the direct backward force you need to exert to keep from falling forward.
In this variation you need to use rope attached to a
low pulley cable.
Start with the single - arm
cable cross-over using a high
pulley for 12 - 15 reps.. As soon as you finish, drop to the
low pulleys and perform the same number of reps. Repeat for 3 sets resting for 60 seconds in between.
Attach the rope attachment to a
low pulley on the
