by far the best I've come across.
However, Dr Rosedale takes

carb and
low - protein
dieting to an extreme that I think is not well supported
by the evidence.
I stand
by my original theory that butter is not inherently fattening nor unhealthy, however, I also wish people would quit with the «ticker tape parade» over saturated fats that we're seeing with the
low -
carb / high - fat
dieting trend.
