If we agreed
on points like this, we really don't need to spend so much time and
effort focusing
on regulation, carbon pricing, emission
targets and time tables and high cost mitigation policies that have
low probability of achieving their aims.
Very true that self managing a large number of houses either is living hell or a breeze and it all depends
on having business rules that
target the issues that make for
low management
effort, high profit etc etc...
