But when I look back at some of the
very low belt lines from the late 80s / early 90s, they now look too low.
The rear flows as nicely as the cars lines, with the trunk lid and bumpers connecting to the flowing rear glass and
rising lower belt line.
The Abarth is delightfully small and light and has
a low belt line.
The design is elegant and classic, and affords an incredibly open panoramic view in all directions, with
its low belt line.
Those low belt lines were married to low hood lines, enabled by double wishbone front suspensions.
But they do assist in sideways visibility, as does
the low belt line.
Like the Wrangler it has a flat roof and bigger windows that form
a lower belt line.
