Actually, being diabetic, it made my blood
sugars really
low, probably to do with the fibre
content...... this is a hit with me, thanks once
again
Although, in the past couple of days I have felt exhausted, I have a
low appetite for the foods allowed in the TWT and I usually turn to eating nuts which scares me because of the incredibly high fat
content (I would like to lose weight not gain it),
sugar cravings have started
again (I used to chew a lot of gum and have not had any but have wanted to
again in the past couple of days) and on a short jog last night my legs felt so heavy and fatigued I walked on and off.
