I usually have pretty good
luck with baking, but I had some trouble with these.
I've also had such bad
luck with baking soda (in other recipes) that I instead used 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

It seems that it's a desirable ingredient for GF
baking... but I'm wondering if there is a suitable alternative or pre-made mix that people have had
luck with.
I haven't had any
luck baking with coconut flour without eggs.

Treat yourself to this rich and creamy

with jif creamy + jif extra crunchy and don't do all crunchy pb as they come out too dry The slightly large cookies take min 20 - 24 min to
bake I have not had
luck freezing this dough nor
baked cookies so it's best to chill until you freeze just for the 15 - 20 min before
baking
I
bake all the time and usually just cope, but have had bad
luck with water - bath-less bread puddings on a few occasions when the oven temp jumped randomly halfway through
baking.

After my first gluten - free
baking success, I thought I would try my
luck with gluten - free cookies.
I haven't had much
luck with replacement flours and I see that you use a lot of nuts in your
baking.
I have not had good
luck with crackers in the past but perhaps this is a sign that I should try again (especially as we have had far too much sweet
baking recently).
I tried spraying them
with cooking spray prior to
baking and even had them on the rack like in the instructions — no
luck.
Sorry it didn't work out but hopefully you'll have better
luck by omitting the
baking yeast and replacing
with nutritional yeast flakes.
I've had
luck with swapping it out for eggs in some pretty basic
baking recipes, but for now I've just got it on the blog in a (delicious!)
The first time I made this recipe, I thought I just had dumb
luck (gluten free
baking with coconut flour is like so hit and miss).
I'm testing this recipe out (minus the cheese)
with mashed sweet potatoes / casserole I made for thanksgiving but I'm using a mini muffin
baking pan... wish me
luck!
There are other brands, but I haven't had much
luck with them for
baking purposes.
I've always had good
luck with Bob's Red Mill's 1 - to - 1 GF
baking flour!
