To prevent straining the
lumbar muscles and ligaments you
need to increase the flexibility of the
lumbar spine.
The
lumbar area of the
spine, the lower back, is usually very flexible, and we generally
need more strength here than space.
There's no
need to go too heavy with this as it can put a lot of stress on your
