Since we're on the subject of light, I thought I'd share a nice light
lunch bowl with you today.

With only an open field separating the businesses, Oscar Mayer workers used to congregate at the old - fashioned supper club for
lunch,
bowling banquets and Christmas parties.
When participants took a
lunch break, they found tables laden
with bowls of freshly picked strawberries, platters of sliced cheese and thick slabs of whole grain breads.
It is still easy, nicely malty, and paired up
with some Stilton, or a home - grown sharp cheddar cheese, and a

It's about eating meals that make you feel your best — that might mean a
