Are they ok to freeze in a
container, I tend to have a few different snacks in the freezer
so I can alternate

Perhaps the major difference between the two styles of packed
lunches is that bento
lunches are typically neatly packed in a recloseable plastic
container so that your entire meal is available for your enjoyment, not unlike a meal served on a plate at home.
I can only imagine how much more challenging it can be as they get older and are eating school
lunches, with no teacher reporting back about how much was consumed or making sure to send home the
containers from home
lunches so Mom and Dad can see what actually went into the kids» stomachs.

Fresh fruits and veggies can easily be chopped up and stored in small
containers so that you can just grab and go — in the diaper bag, backpack or in the
