I made this tonight
for my son's
lunch tomorrow... I didn't want to use just almonds, so I used 1 cup almond meal, 1/2 cup ground pepitas and 1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds.
yummy, made this tonight, used light coconut milk and still was fab... i did nt put over rice, we just ate plain, figured would save calories and i couldnt get enough, full as can be, cant wait
