Today was Bento Day on TLT, which means we saw some adorable bento
lunches that three talented moms prepare for their kids
regularly, and then I interviewed those moms to find
out more about bento.
Pizza and fries offered as part of a balanced school meal are not problematic, but a child being able to

So I bought designer clothes, expensive shoes, and went
out regularly for power
lunches.
Change Your Spending Patterns — If you
regularly go
out for
lunch and dinner, eat in for one or the other.
That shouldn't be too difficult to do if you fill up
regularly or grab
lunch out every now and then.
If you get a coffee each day, buy
lunch, eat
out regularly, get waxed, get your hair done or have a gym membership, good news!
Finally, our attorneys are encouraged to take our summer associates
out to coffee and
lunch regularly and they do!
I made a decision to cut
out some of the activities that were not contributing positively to my financial freedom e.g. I hardly watch TV and instead read motivation books or listen to audio (aids sleeping too), I stopped drinking completely, I only buy items that I need, I pack my
lunch or snacks to work and don't have to buy things that I already have at home - this contributed significantly to my health and wellness, I invested in some basic gym equipment and do some exercises at home
regularly (stretching, walking, jogging, skipping and a bit of weight lifting) don't have to pay to go to gym and coupled that with running a marathon once or twice a year (for charity and my well - being).
