99 percent of the time,
my lunches are leftovers or some random things I threw into a container and ate together.
Lunch was leftover Quinoa Fried Rice (the boyf makes it now!)

Those
were SO good that I ended up stuffing the
leftovers into rice paper rolls the next day for
lunch, complete with said dipping sauce.
While most people dread

is curious, you can absolutely take
leftovers for
lunch — I just sprayed a shallow Tupperware that fits them comfortably with nonstick spray, made sure the rolls didn't touch each other, and put some damp paper towels right on top of them before I shut the lid.
Not only
is this a great pantry dinner, it also makes for really good
lunches the next day (if you have any
leftover).
My little guy
is going into grade one this year and last year
leftovers were so handy for packing in his
