There are no serious known side effects of
maca root
powder, but like any other superfood or supplement, it shouldn't be taken
in large amounts.
In a blender mix together almond milk with
maca powder, vanilla, and maple syrup until there are no lumps left.
That would be too much
maca powder if you used straight
maca, the protein
powder I used has lots of other stuff
in it too.
In a large bowl, combine the bananas, maple syrup, cacao
