macadamia butter 2 tbsp coconut sugar 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 3 tbsp protein powder 1 tbsp flaxseed meal 2 tbsp quinoa flour (or another 2 tbsp protein powder) 1/4 cup shredded coconut + more for coating Coconut oil (optional)
Healthy fats to include
in your diet include olive oil,
macadamia nut oil, avocado oil, raw nuts and seeds, oily fish, avocados, coconut oil, and pastured
butter / ghee.
Macadamia butter Macadamias are quite low
in protein compared to most nuts, but are uniquely high
in monounsaturated fats (the most of all nuts).
In a mixing bowl, combine slightly warmed coconut
butter, the juice of one lemon, coconut sap, coconut oil, vanilla extract and salt and then add the
macadamia mixture.
Almond
butter is perhaps the most common alternative (and the one that is easiest to find

Roasted Butternut Squash Purée — Basic steamed butternut purée with

On the other hand, using plain grass - fed
butter in place of the
macadamia butter, might demand a tiny bit more coconut flour
in the whole mixture.
Nevertheless, you can use any other type of
butter, just keep
in mind that the
macadamia butter is the fattiest among the nut
butter variations.
