And after a year of using the oil - cleansing method on my face I just recently decided to switch over to washing my face with honey and moisturizing
with macadamia oil.
1 T of MCT oil in my coffee, 2 T of coconut oil in my moring egg protein shake, 1 T of MCT and 1
of Macadamia oil in my lunch shake — almond milk with avocado and vegegreens & parsley.
Although both taste great, I usually
use macadamia oil simply because for its better fat profile (MUFA).
You could try using almond or
macadamia oil instead however I haven't used them for this recipe so I'm not too sure how it would turn out.

You could try using another oil such as almond or
macadamia oil however I haven't tried this myself before so I'm not too sure what the flavour or consistency would be like.

In fact, I use
macadamia oil rather than olive oil, because it has only 2 % PUFAs and a 6:1 omega - 6 ratio or lower, based on what I've read.

I've never heard of Glamglow before, but the packaging looks so pretty... I'm definitely a fan of Macadamia Oil though

macadamia oil than coconut oil, will try your way!
The macadamia oil also adds a sweet and nutty flavor, although you could easily substitute vegetable oil.
My go to is a big bowl of steamed organic broccoli (doesn't take too long to cook as long as I've got it all chopped and prepped beforehand — I often chop veggies in the morning ready for dinner) dressed with olive or
macadamia oil, turmeric, dulce, Himalayan salt and pepper.
Other great options are olive oil,
macadamia oil and flax oil.
Macadamia oil is a great semi neutral tasting liquid fat you can use instead of grapeseed oil - even light olive oil is a pretty good option (though not as buttery as macadamia oil).

Variation — Maple Butter: Follow the above steps using avocado or
macadamia oil and whip the butter till light and fluffy.
I encourage you to use this recipe as an occasion to invest in a jar of Primal Kitchen mayonnaise (I scored a jar at my local San Francisco co-op, but it is most readily available online), or make your own mayonnaise at home, using avocado /
macadamia oil and pastured eggs.
