Personally, I don't find supplements nearly as interesting as other topics
like macronutrition, strength training, eating disorders, relationships, and the like because most most supplements don't work.
Basically, the only truly well supported methods for getting rid of stubborn body are a calorie deficit,
proper macronutrition, strength training, and patience.
However, a common thread among these diet comparisons is the failure to
match macronutrition and fiber.
I found a diet called GOMAD — A Gallon Of Milk A day -, high in calories, protein, carbohydrates and pretty much everything I need to get in
my macronutritions and gain the weight I need to gain.
