I wish Cc was the one that
made Hyrule Warriors because it would have played better.

According to Legend of Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma, when Yosuke Hayashi approached him about
making Hyrule Warriors, he wanted to do something that was more of a traditional Zelda title than a Dynasty Warriors game.

Nintendo has announced that
Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition will see release on Nintendo Switch in May, the over-the-top action game set in The Legend of Zelda universe
making a return on the portable home console.
However, this is no mere re-skinning of their previous games, and just as with
Hyrule Warriors they've seen fit to bring in a huge number of elements from the Fire Emblem universe,
making it feel like it truly belongs.
There was a 3DS
Hyrule Warriors Legends game, and those levels (focused on the Wind Waker stages) have been brought over to the Switch version as well,
making this the most complete edition of the game yet released.
If there's one word to describe how
Hyrule Warriors will
make you feel, it's empowered.

made the previously pre-order only DLC for
Hyrule Warriors available in the Nintendo eShop.
It is not a dead ringer for
Hyrule Warriors as the game does actually try to be a true Fire Emblem adventure, whilst living up to what we expect from a game based on the
Warriors brand, but despite a lot of the originality all parties tried to give it to
make it feel like something entirely new, there is no denying one little fact.
- Sakurai said that he has been working on this game in secret every day - There is no Bandai Namco mention (for copyright reasons they'd be obligated to mention them since they helped produce Smash 4)- The Smash Bros logo has changed (slightly, but it's still there)- Any time Nintendo has announced an enhanced port of a Wii U game they've
made it obvious it was a port (Mario Kart 8 Deluxe,
Hyrule Warriors, Pokken Tournament, Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, etc).
New dlc has finally
made its way to
Hyrule Warriors and
Hyrule Warriors Legends, and sure the 3DS version does come with a free Fairy, a new map and all the rest, but the Wii U is not missed out.

Bluntly, it also feels a bit better to play than
Hyrule Warriors — and until now I've thought of that as the most interesting Musou game ever

makes it playable on the Nintendo Switch.
With so much content, superb performance and phenomenal gameplay,
Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition is one of the best entries in the Zelda and
Warriors series
making it a must have title for Switch owners.

biggest issue with the Wii U is their ignorance of North America, their poor online experience and slow game turnover rate generic 3rd party support is almost dead on Wii U, so its good to see Nintendo going to other companies to
make some exclusive titles for them (

Although Koei Tecmo are involved, it is Nintendo who call the shots with both
Hyrule Warriors and Fire Emblem
Warriors, so if they desire to go the fan service route and include a DLC pack, or a free update that consists of the Champions and their associated weapons, then it is entirely their decision to
make.
Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition takes a great game and
makes it greater, though it's fair to say that for anyone outside of Legend of Zelda or
Warriors series fans it will undoubtedly feel less special.

Push back armies of classic enemies from The Legend of Zelda, as well as powerful enemies
making their debuts in
Hyrule Warriors.
Sure Nintendo could
make the Character Pack for the new five
Warriors available for purchase a lot sooner, but at the end of the day,
Hyrule Warriors has had its run and now is the time for Legends.
For starters, as well as the usual wallpaper reward that costs 5o Platinum Points, which is
made available when a Nintendo game releases, this time around a
Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition May calendar has been released as well.
